  • VP, Strategic Finance
  • As our VP, Strategic Finance, you will play a pivotal role in advising senior leadership on strategic decisions and serve as an analytical partner across the entire organization. You will be a key driver of ROI rigor for organic investments. You will build out a world-class strategic finance function, including forecasting, budget management, headcount planning, service/product pricing and ad hoc special projects. You will identify and track operational KPIs that measure company performance and drive strategic planning. You will also be a key stakeholder in any major fundraising/M&A initiatives that we pursue
  • In this role, you will report to Redesign's Head of Corporate Development & Strategic Initiatives
  • What you'll do:
  • Provide analytical leadership for all significant fundraising, capital allocation and product/partnership decisions
  • Develop and drive ROI-based framework for evaluating Redesign's headcount and operational investments, in partnership with internal executive committees
  • Manage Redesign Health's quarterly and annual budgeting process, in partnership with executive and department leadership
  • Drive P&L ownership at department and sub-department levels through variance measurement and reporting
  • Define and measure Redesign's unit economics and KPI metrics, incorporating processes to measure service pricing and unit costs
  • What you'll need:
  • You have 10+ years of experience, including:
  • At least 2 years of investment banking experience
  • At least 3 years of strategic finance experience at a startup or high-growth business
  • You have experience managing a high-performing team
  • What you will bring to the table:
  • You exhibit a strong finance, modeling and strategic finance systems background
  • You have experience partnering with senior leaders to drive performance
  • You have proven ability to evaluate and model ambiguous and complex situations with creativity and thoughtful, data-driven analysis
