Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Demonstrated experience taking a project from ideation to production is required.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment is required.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software is required.
  • Ability to explain concepts to clients in a professional and clear manner is required.
Responsibilities
  • Ideate and produce a wide variety of creative, high-quality graphic design deliverables for UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association marketing, communication, engagement, and fundraising efforts, including print materials and publications.
  • Prepare marketing and promotional materials for all UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association programs and entities.
  • Transform ideas into draft and final layouts using expertise in design and layout.
  • Maintain electronic archives, print-copy archives, and printing-specification files.
  • Master the university and UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association identity standards and advise others on them.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated familiarity with higher education is preferred.
  • Writing, video, photography, or web skills are considered a plus.
