Requirements
  • College degreed applicants preferred and at least one year of applicable experience.
  • Background investigation and drug screen required.
  • Must have strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level.
  • Strong phone skills are also required.
  • A candidate who is also bilingual in Spanish, French and/or Japanese is helpful but not required.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Must be able to apply critical thinking and analytical skills appropriately to resolve daily issues.
  • Must be able to work remotely within 50 miles radius of in Indianapolis and travel to client site for urgent situations.
Responsibilities
  • Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end user issues in the client software applications for a clinical trials.
  • Document all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality as appropriate at all times.
  • Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies.
