The Investor Relations team is dedicated to delivering a best-in-class investor experience across evergreen, open, and closed-end private market funds, with a focus on both institutional and private wealth investors as well as intermediaries
This newly created VP, Investor Relations Manager position will play a pivotal role by supporting our continued growth in the Intermediary and evergreen fund space and serve as a resource to various internal business groups, investors, intermediary partners and third-party service providers. The role emphasizes operational excellence, process improvement, and collaboration, particularly in onboarding, transfers, and managing relationships with intermediaries.
This position will also focus on streamlining processes, ensuring alignment between internal teams (Investor Relations, Sales, and Operations), and overseeing key initiatives to enhance the intermediary experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee onboarding and transfers for investors in evergreen and closed-end private equity funds, working with prospective and current institutional and private wealth investors, consultants and distribution agents to ensure accurate completion of subscription documents, collection of proper documentation for transactions and adherence to deadlines.
Assist in the management of fund administrator relationships, focusing on investor services and data integrations, and creating and maintaining workflows to support various fund structures and distribution partnerships.
Collaborate with sales teams to support key intermediary partnerships from the initial fund launch and throughout the lifecycle. This may include subscription platform set-up and testing, running onboarding calls, providing key onboarding metrics, and on-going relationship management.
Understand the Firm’s Private Fund offerings in order to effectively deliver superior client service
Oversee the launch of new products across the various subscription platforms and manage on-going maintenance
Produce and deliver key metrics, summaries, and updates for upper management, including statistics on onboarding efficiency, intermediary relationships, and product launches.
Oversee group mailboxes utilized for communication with both internal groups and external investors/counterparties
Manage existing client account maintenance, re-registrations, and distribution of client communications
Define and establish departmental procedures
Drive continual improvement through process enhancements and automation, including assisting with UAT testing for on-going project work
Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of financial services experience, preferably managing a client service team and working with intermediaries
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of private markets, including both open and closed-end funds
Familiar with intermediary platforms such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity and/or Pershing is a plus
Experience working with tools like FrontInvest or eFront Invest is a strong plus
Ability to manage key financial partners in a professional manner
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, ability to produce metrics, summaries, and reports

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
