  • At least 8 years of experience designing production web/mobile applications
  • A reputation as an expert in many core design disciplines
  • Experience working with a high level of ambiguity and partnering with stakeholders to work around technical constraints, and understand customer needs
  • Proven skills and techniques that build consensus and influence the product design direction
  • An extensive background in iterative design processes and usability testing
  • Expertise in Figma and other relevant design tools
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other designers, developers and product managers to provide elegant solutions to Wrapbook customer problems
  • Lead large-sized projects that directly impact the customer experience with significant autonomy
  • Produce standardized in depth, simple, multi faceted design deliverables that break down and prioritize solutions into feasible pieces that solve customer pain points and influence business requirements
  • Identify innovative, full picture solutions, articulating with data, rationale, and collaboration with stakeholders to get buy-in
  • Champion improvements and scalable components that push the usability and accessibility of our applications
  • Develop and drive customer and experience metrics using qualitative and quantitative data that help inform design decisions
