- A high school diploma or General Educational Development credential is required.
- Act as the primary operator of the switchboard.
- Screen calls and obtain accurate information from a wide variety of calls and messages using the switchboard console, then route calls, messages, or guests to the appropriate member of the Intake department or the firm.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, including notes and outcomes.
- Create and issue, when approved, internal or external letters, including dictated client letters, case letters with firm information, insurance letters, employer letters, and bureau document-request letters for Workers’ Compensation files, as well as other letters as needed.
- Complete assigned work in a timely manner to build positive relationships.
- A medical background or personal-injury experience is preferred.
