- You have a strong affinity for information technology and an interest in technical systems.

- You can quickly learn new software and technical applications.
- You have very good German and English language skills.
- You are willing to work on-site in the office in Mainz-Kostheim.
- Support designers with technical questions and problems in their daily work.
- Perform updates on engineering workstations, including Solid Edge, NVIDIA drivers, 3Dconnexion, and Dell and Lenovo updates.
- Help distinguish CAD-specific requests from general IT requests.
- Assist users with general IT topics and create corresponding support tickets.
- Set up and prepare new laptops for designers.
- Install and configure Solid Edge and SAP.
- Install and set up the Solid Edge interface.
- Configure relevant settings for Solid Edge and SAP.
- Maintain and update the CAD manual.
- Add to and revise existing documentation content and formatting.
- Transfer documentation into DokuWiki.
- Help create instructions and documentation for the Solid Edge 2025 Teams channel.
- Publish and maintain information and instructions in the Teams channel.
- Gradually take on more independent support, installation, documentation, and administrative tasks as training progresses.
- Initial experience with CAD systems, particularly Solid Edge.
