- Board certification as a Physician Assistant is preferred; experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioners will also be considered.
- An active Michigan license or eligibility for licensure is required.
- A minimum of two years of Women's Health or obstetrics and gynecology clinical experience is required.
- Experience practicing in an outpatient obstetrics and gynecology setting is required.
- Ability to travel between Together Women's Health Metro Detroit practice locations is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within physician-led teams is required.
- Perform annual well-woman examinations.
- Provide preventive women's healthcare services.
- Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions.
- Provide contraceptive counseling and management.
- Insert and remove intrauterine devices.
- Provide prenatal and postpartum care.
- Perform routine office procedures within the scope of practice.
- Educate patients regarding preventive care and wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation.
- Deliver patient-centered care while adapting to multiple practice environments.
- Experience performing common outpatient women's health procedures.
- Comfort working in fast-paced clinical environments.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a relationship-oriented approach.

Together Women's Health partners with obstetrics and gynecology practices to form a larger network of providers. It acquires and affiliates independent OB-GYN practices and handles back-office functions like revenue cycle management, marketing, HR, finance, accounting, and IT so physicians can focus on patient care. The networked practice model reduces overhead, improves negotiating power with insurers, and enables more in-office services such as mammography and advanced ultrasounds. The goal is to build a scalable nationwide network across multiple states by growing through affiliations and strategic partnerships to expand access to care.
