Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, sales process optimization, and sales enablement. Implement best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable outcomes for the company. Develop pricing strategies and value propositions to maximize profitability.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions. Develop KPIs and metrics to measure sales effectiveness and track progress against targets.
  • Partner closely with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams to align strategies and drive cross-functional initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization.
  • Provide strong leadership to the sales operations team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
