  • Segment the market and bring clarity and ruthless focus to our market development and pursuit strategies, ensuring we deploy our resources on only the right opportunities
  • Lead on the development of the value proposition - ensuring this is road tested and fit for purpose
  • Engage with influencers and market-makers to drive understanding and appreciation for new nuclear across target markets
  • Personally engage within national and local government to open up opportunities and remove barriers to progress
  • Develop our suite of contracts so they are fit-for-purpose, including leading on our contracting strategies and contract templates
  • Lead business development efforts on the first opportunities, engaging at multiple levels within the target organisations and driving these through to close
  • Build a team made up of top-class business development and commercial talent
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure that the proposition and contracts align with the strategic investment objectives
