The Role
The CAA Brand Consulting Account Manager will play a key role in one of our Brand Consulting clients, a leading global gaming and entertainment company. The Manager will lead the day-to-day management and activation of marquee partnerships in the brands portfolio. The candidate will interface day to day with the client and will work cross functionally with internal/external vendors, clients and agencies.
Additionally, the Account Manager will work in lockstep with our internal team and client counterpart to concept, manage and execute a series of activation events for client / customers. The role includes research, ideation, and activation on sports, entertainment, arts, culture and destination “money-can’t-buy” event concepts that will be compelling to the client and event attendees.
The Department

Responsibilities
Tentpole Partnerships:
- Day to day management of existing marquee sports & entertainment partnerships including communication directly with properties, organization of project plans and asset tracking documents
- Lead overall planning of campaigns, events and activations, working with internal account team, client team and external agencies
- Aid in development & manage day to day execution of property-specific programs, contractual assets, promotions & experiential activations
- Oversee & facilitate the creative development process of marketing materials, experiential assets and event-related creative (includes briefing designers & obtaining internal & client approvals)
- Work with CAA Data & Analytics to assist with development and execution of measurement evaluation annually
- Work with other team functions (e.g. Creative, Experiential, Social Impact, Insights / trends, etc.) to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Develop and deliver compelling written and verbal communications
- Create presentations for key meetings internally and externally
- Track activation budgets with accountability for reporting
- Develop relationships across CAA to find and promote new opportunities to client
- Develop and manage partnership asset tracker
- Manage inbound partnership valuations
Activation / Events
- Create presentations to “sell in” event concepts to client
- Estimate accurate budgets for event concepts, process invoices and reconcile budgets for each event
- Develop & manage detailed timelines, run of shows, inventory lists, and contact lists for each event
- Liaise with various vendors and partners for event services (i.e. content capture, A/V, transportation, catering, gifting, etc.)
- Prepare marketing and communication materials for event promotion
- Work with agency creative team to concept and produce creative materials for events (i.e. signage, collateral, social media graphics, etc.)
- Travel to event locations for location scouting and event execution
- Regularly research and proactively identify potential future event concepts based on pop-culture and industry knowledge
- Simultaneously plan, manage and execute multiple events at different life stages at the same time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 – 7+ years’ experience in sports & entertainment consulting environment, agency, property or brand
- Established relationships with properties and entities in the sports & entertainment marketing world
- Best-in-class client servicing and relationship building, across partners, clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Experience working with high-profile Talent and Athletes
- Project management and big picture thinking abilities while also being creative
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficient in budget development, tracking & reconciling
- Ability to lead and execute partnership deals, from contract negotiations to partner fulfillment, across major League, Team, and Talent deals
- Ability to lead and influence the client with opinions as a subject matter expert
- Ability to “think on one’s feet” in a fast-paced, agency environment
- Ability to balance and progress multiple projects and project components at one time, on tight timelines
- Solution oriented
- Ability to travel and attend work events outside normal business hours on an as needed basis
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Location
Based out of Las Vegas, Nevada, this role will be remote with occasional site visits with clients.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $ $76,000 to $105,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
