  • Associates degree (A. A.) from a 2-year college degree in related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience of customer support in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software packages used at Teledyne Controls. E.g. Unanet and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
  • Administering the day-to-day operations of Marketing & Sales organization including travel, expense reports, shipping/creating short shippers, and other daily administrative/office management tasks.
  • Responsible for Denied Party Screening.
  • Responsible for general office management including managing supplies, copier/printer.
  • Responsible for updating procedures if requested.
  • Responsible for decrementing opportunities in SalesForce and back up for CFAR Weekly meetings.
  • Responsible for SIMs management supporting SIMs services.
  • Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.
