  • Several years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical production.
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice and a strong quality focus.
  • Experience managing employees.
  • Ability to work analytically, systematically, and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, high team orientation, and willingness to shape processes and outcomes.
  • Business-fluent German and good written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership and further develop the team.
  • Ensure maximum availability of all equipment within the area of responsibility.
  • Continuously ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Organize and carry out deviation management.
  • Independently plan and implement investments.
  • Develop and implement maintenance concepts.
  • Ensure spare-parts supply for the area of responsibility.
  • Develop, monitor, and report technical key performance indicators.
  • Actively contribute to major site projects.
  • Record and evaluate energy consumption and initiate measures to reduce it.
  • Observe all requirements relating to Good Manufacturing Practice, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
