**Please note, this role is based remotely on the West Coast**

The Job:

• Establish and grow dental sales channels
• Recruit high potential partners aligned with strategic priorities and who provide great customer experience throughout the entire customer life-cycle
• Manage partnerships to maximize sales and build our brand: Set ambitious targets for current partners and help enable them to exceed these goals
• Be the day-to-day sales support for partners and help them drive deals and ensure Formlabs is on top of mind for all key partner employees.
• Ensure an amazing customer experience for customers

You:

• Are a strong sales person who is a natural entrepreneur and willing to get your hands dirty with the details
• Have experience with channel sales, with proven record of driving revenue and hitting ambitious targets
• Flexible and willing to step in to help things more forward 
• Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing, environment 
• Speak, read and write English perfectly and skillfully
• Are comfortable working remotely

Bonus Skills:

• 3D printer or 3D CAD industry experience
• Experience in dental industry
• Experience with dental distribution leadership
