  • Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location

Responsibilities
  • Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational result
  • Supervises support and/or professional level colleagues
  • Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders
  • Leads and prioritizes the daily activities of the team
  • Manages, mentors, and coaches to develop a collaborative and dynamic team
  • Coordinates cross-functional communication to align on initiatives and strategies to drive efficiency
  • Designs business solutions using the business applications technology ecosystem with a strong emphasis on Salesforce while keeping other systems in mind (Marketo, Gainsight, Zuora, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Leads the Salesforce team to ensure all APEX code is clean and follows best practice for Salesforce Lightning environment
  • Leads technical requirements gathering and the design of complex projects and enhancements
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to convert functional requirements and business outcomes into scalable, efficient, and supportable technology solutions
  • Continually assesses the systems in place to identify areas in need of improvement, including the need to introduce net new systems
  • Provides insights to align the stack with industry standards, best practices, and norms, while avoiding unnecessary customization
  • Oversees the development process to ensure enhancements and changes to the platform stack align with the overall business strategy and individual functional departments' needs
  • Supports preliminary design reviews, critical design reviews, test readiness reviews, application functional test/application system integration testing, system readiness reviews, in-process reviews, and other engineering related events
  • Provides detailed technical specifications and guidance to engineers, developers, and other members within the Business Applications team
  • Provides guidance and troubleshooting support for complex production incidents
