Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, transportation or project management
  • Experience in the deployment of last-mile decarbonization activities, including the transition of fleets to electric trucks and cargo bikes and good knowledge of the ecosystem (players, regulations, trends, etc.)
  • Knowledge of sustainable development practices and environmental issues (an asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter and ability to proactively solve complex problems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Availability to travel for meetings with employees, partners and other commitments (10%)
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the decarbonization program in the different markets served
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of project activities
  • Rigorously monitor and evaluate the deployment of the various projects (schedule, budget, etc.)
  • Identify and implement the necessary conditions for the success of operations according to the local contexts and the internal and external teams involved
  • Provide training and support to delivery partners as required
  • Analyze performance data and propose continuous improvements
  • Promote sustainability initiatives within the company and externally
  • Track project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders and management
