Requirements
  • At least 10 years of quota-carrying business-to-business software sales experience, including at least 4 years leading quota-carrying Account Executives.
  • At least 2 years owning a team number of $5 million or more in new annual recurring revenue, with documented attainment.
  • Direct experience selling enterprise resource planning or ERP-adjacent enterprise software into Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Experience with the SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Workday ecosystems.
  • A track record of closing six-figure annual contract value new-logo deals with 6- to 12-month sales cycles and buying groups spanning Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Information Technology.
  • Recent experience leading several such deals to signature as the senior person in the room within the last two years.
  • Experience hiring and ramping at least five Account Executives and taking a segment, region, or market from near-zero to a repeatable sales motion.
  • Experience operating through a growth inflection, such as Series B through scale, a major integration, or rapid headcount expansion.
  • The ability to maintain pod-level forecast accuracy within a tight band and articulate the forecasting method used.
  • The ability to translate pipeline signals into specific, named coaching actions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a pod of Account Executives to consistent quota attainment, fast ramp times, and high productivity per head.
  • Carry an individual quota and personally close deals on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews and hands-on deal coaching to surface risk, accelerate cycle time, and improve win rates.
  • Coach Account Executives on discovery, qualification, value articulation, and objection handling.
  • Own forecast accuracy for the pod and report into the Vice President of Sales, taking accountability for committed numbers.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop Account Executives, with accountability for time-to-first-deal for each hire.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Sales to build the United States sales playbook and feed field learnings into training and enablement.
  • Stay current on enterprise resource planning and enterprise artificial intelligence trends to position the product in C-level conversations.
