Requirements
  • 7+ years of Deskside Break/Fix troubleshooting and solutioning experience in larger corporate environments
  • Support platform is Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows current through Windows 7 and some Windows 10 piloting
  • Support for Macintosh operating systems in a corporate environment including OS troubleshooting, imaging, and builds
  • Ability to support mobility devices (phone and tablet) across Apple, Android, and Microsoft platforms
  • Solid experience in application support of standard Microsoft Office products current through Office 365, including support of Outlook/Exchange in a corporate environment across PC, phone, and tablet devices
  • Ability to provide on-site and remote support of high level and executive end users through in-person, phone, and Remote Takeover tools
  • On-site software break/fix and hardware troubleshooting for end users across multiple platforms
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, configure, and install common applications and install/remove desktop personal computers and monitors
  • Perform basic Deskside Services to include install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, configuration, following provided scripts
  • Perform software support for low complexity problems or issues on Buyer or Customer personal computers
  • Provide customer assistance with problem identification and resolution at the customer’s place of business for hardware or platform related issues
  • Provide Deskside Support for limited complexity problems on platforms with Windows current through four generations or Apple current OS minus one
  • Provide on-site and remote support of high level and executive end users through in-person, phone, and Remote Takeover tools
