Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a similar field is required.
  • Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba technologies and architectures, including cloud and cloud security, network segmentation, patching, next-generation antivirus, Avaya Voice over Internet Protocol, and Microsoft Teams-based conferencing systems is required.
  • Experience managing and maintaining servers, local area networks, Internet Protocol phone and wide area network systems, switches, routers, access points, and virtual private networks is required.
  • Knowledge of information technology and operational technology network segregation is required.
  • Three to five years of hands-on experience with the stated technologies is required.
  • Working knowledge of routing, switching, virtual local area networks, virtual private networks, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, and Domain Name System is required.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices at Layer 2 and Layer 3, Windows Server operating systems, and VMware virtualization hypervisors is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams Rooms is required.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to, manage, and escalate technical support requests through the ticketing system, telephone calls, email, and remote support tools.
  • Support business-user endpoint devices, including laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, iPads, and video-conferencing services.
  • Ensure compliance with site-specific information technology standard operating procedures.
  • Manage and maintain analytical laboratory and computerized manufacturing control systems in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment according to established regulatory requirements.
  • Manage server, network, and telecommunications infrastructure across Lupin’s United States and Canadian operations.
  • Work with security tools, technologies, and platforms such as Zscaler, Zero Trust, and privileged access management.
  • Maintain Juniper network infrastructure, including configuration and maintenance, and own the multi-site Aruba Wi-Fi infrastructure.
  • Oversee timely repair or replacement of faulty endpoint devices, network hardware, and appliances.
  • Maintain hardware inventories for endpoint devices, servers, and network equipment.
  • Handle daily end-user support tickets and provide white-glove information technology support to VIP users.
  • Work with central information technology teams to resolve issues involving centrally managed platforms.
  • Own end-to-end responsibility for resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor server and network infrastructure and perform corrective actions on observed events.
  • Provide updates on infrastructure health and corrective or preventive actions.
  • Maintain current inventories of endpoint, server, and network devices.
Desired Qualifications
  • Current JNCIE-ENT, JNCIE, CCIE, CCNP, CEH, CISSP, or MCSA certification is preferred.

Lupin partners with Tenpoint to bring presbyopia eye drop YUVEZZI to Europe and UK

Lupin's subsidiary VISUfarma has secured exclusive rights to commercialise YUVEZZI, a once-daily presbyopia eye drop, across the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland through a licensing agreement with Tenpoint Therapeutics' subsidiary Visus Therapeutics. Under the deal, VISUfarma will make a strategic investment in Visus. Tenpoint and Visus will be eligible for regulatory and commercial milestone payments plus tiered royalties based on net sales. YUVEZZI is the first FDA-approved dual-agent eye drop for presbyopia, combining carbachol and brimonidine tartrate. The treatment addresses a condition affecting approximately 2 billion people globally. The partnership strengthens Lupin's vision care franchise following its acquisition of VISUfarma. Tenpoint is advancing US commercialisation and has submitted regulatory applications in the UK, with plans for additional markets worldwide.

Lupin subsidiary to acquire 43.38% stake in Philippines' MPPI for up to $39.6M by May 2026

Lupin Ltd announced its subsidiary Nanomi B.V. will acquire a 43.38% stake in Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines Inc for up to $39.6 million in cash, with completion expected by end-May 2026. Lupin receives tentative US FDA approval for generic Enzalutamide tablets
