Responsibilities
  • Manage renewal parts orders from receipt through shipment.
  • Process customer orders following established company procedures.
  • Gather and verify all information required to complete shop orders.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production Planning, Quality, Accounting, and Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Review and process customer change requests, pricing updates, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor order status and communicate shipping dates and schedule changes to customers and Field Sales.
  • Coordinate production reschedules and maintain accurate order documentation.
  • Prepare all required shipping and contract documentation prior to shipment.
  • Meet with customers, inspectors, and field representatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate shipping information and approvals.
  • Support inventory and renewal parts documentation for TECO-Westinghouse motors.
  • Assist in training new team members as the department grows.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation outside normal business hours as required.
  • Maintain compliance with company safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or aftermarket parts.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
  • Contract administration or order management experience.
  • Knowledge of production scheduling and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality, and Sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

It also supplies motor controls, renewal motor parts, engineering services, and large-motor repairs, supported by in-house engineering and service capabilities.
