Requirements
  • Engineering or Science degree with strong experience in manufacturing operations and executing large scale strategic programs.
  • 12+ years' experience with strong business acumen
  • People Management Experience supporting approximately 4-6 direct and 24 indirect.
  • Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing
  • Six-Sigma black belt or Lean Sensei
  • Technical Expertise in Smart Manufacturing technologies (ioT, AI, machine learning, data analytics, …)
Responsibilities
  • Infuse a mindset of manufacturing excellence by challenging site leaders to continuously improve their areas.
  • Implement and embrace key elements of the Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS).
  • Ensure appropriate performance measurement tools are implemented and consolidated according to corporate standards and site requirements.
  • Lead SMS implementation, operations, and improvement programs across the site.
  • Build a network internally and externally to organize benchmark studies.
  • Propose and implement best practices at the site level, including the digital roadmap.
  • Lead and execute efforts to meet productivity and cost targets in alignment with global standards.
  • Sponsor key strategic and site-wide projects as required by the business.
  • Lead the site balanced scorecard, monthly reporting, site business reviews, and performance KPIs.
  • Lead the site/function in reaching program objectives by managing the portfolio of site initiatives, leading site-level digital governance, and setting and maintaining high execution standards.
  • Interface with the Global VIA digital team to express the voice of the site and shape the global VIA Digital roadmap, including future digital solutions.
  • Lead the digital journey consistently with the VIA productivity roadmap set for the site/function.
  • Lead the elaboration of the site/function digital business case and track value realization against desired outcomes, ensuring the inclusion of the digital roadmap in site prioritization.
  • Orchestrate the site/function digital governance to ensure proper program delivery and issue resolution.
  • Lead partnerships with external suppliers supporting the site/function in the delivery of the digital roadmap.
  • Manage site/function Business (digital) system owners organisation.
  • Manage interfaces and dependencies with other programs (FIT4, iERP, SCCORE…) to ensure the digital journey is conducted with the best potential of the site/function.
