  • 8+ years of experience in sales, revenue enablement, sales training, or a related role within the technology sector, preferably with experience in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, methodologies, technology, and best practices
  • Experience working in EMEA with sales and presales teams to drive performance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling training materials and deliver impactful presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global leads, Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to apply global strategy to EMEA-specific needs
  • Help drive and deliver EMEA-specific enablement programs, including training sessions, onboarding, certification programs, sales leader programs, and continuous learning initiatives to improve sales performance
  • Develop EMEA-specific sales enablement materials for incorporation into playbooks, training guides, product collateral, case studies, and competitive analysis documents
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure the EMEA teams are knowledgeable about Boomi's products, market trends, and best practices
  • Measure and report KPIs to track the effectiveness of enablement programs, and continuously gather feedback to refine and improve initiatives
  • Work closely with global leads to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across all sales enablement activities
  • Proactively collect feedback and share updates with global leads, leaders, and stakeholders
