Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in HR or talent acquisition support roles, or executive coordination roles, ideally within technical fields.
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with candidates and team members.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with onsite and remote teams and adept at self-management and initiative.
  • Ability to work full-time 8:00am-5:00pm onsite in Santa Clara, California.
  • Must have and maintain US work authorization.
Responsibilities
  • This role is responsible for fostering a top-tier candidate experience, focused primarily on high volume scheduling and owning through completion of onboarding.
  • Take full ownership of the scheduling process from end to end, catering to both ongoing and opportunistic hiring needs.
  • Act as a welcoming host for both virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with the team in addressing recruiting operations issues, leveraging data and tools to devise effective solutions.
  • Utilize tools like Greenhouse, TriNet, Google Suite, and others, ensuring a timely and positive experience during the hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Lead clear, direct, and professional interactions with candidates and hiring partners, both in writing and orally, while possessing exemplary follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed fully and efficiently.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and employees, including tasks such as scheduling the first day, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and generate analytical reports to inform strategic HR and recruiting decisions.
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruiting events, from managing the calendar for university recruiting to overseeing registration and logistical details.
  • Assist with the summer internship program, ensuring a productive and engaging experience for interns.
  • Address and provide solutions for both internal and external queries or requests, ensuring assistance is delivered efficiently and effectively.
