  • Collaborate with internal teams (scientific, editorial, creative) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Champion breakthrough creative and innovative program development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and therapeutic market dynamics, providing strategic insights to clients.
  • Lead and participate in new business pitches.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, embodying VML's core values.
