What You’ll Do:
- Own projects aligned with the CEO’s top priorities, partnering with other senior leaders to deliver results for the business
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks or challenges hindering the achievement of strategic objectives, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate risks
- Be the "voice" of our CEO and leadership, representing the requirements, objectives, and mentality when approaching our mission-critical projects
- Monitoring trends in AI and all things entertainment to make sure the company is maintaining a competitive advantage/edge
- Utilize scripting expertise to optimize and automate workflow processes
- Facilitate communication and coordination among various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and priorities
- Assist with a variety of other day-to-day responsibilities to ensure smooth team and organizational operations
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Entrepreneurial experience (Tech experience is a plus)
- Experience in a B2C businesses
- CS degree or in a relating field
- Powerful combination of IQ, EQ, and Communications skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000—$140,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
