Responsibilities
  • Define a comprehensive, detailed multi-year business technology roadmap, inclusive of vendor and custom development across multiple platforms and needs
  • Idea generation with related controls to ensure sound design for the multi-year roadmap, with the ability to evaluate a business idea for technical fit into the current plan
  • Assist with architectural decisions of critical product development, including vendor management, and steward critical decision making across all stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend solution designs on the strategic roadmap that strike the right balance of commercially valuable, operationally efficient, and aligned with BBH’s risk appetite
  • Command of strategic business technology objectives, including understanding buy vs build decisioning, working with business and technology to drive direction and decisioning
  • Effectively analyze data and provide subject matter expertise for consultation and solution recommendations across business and technology
  • Ability to represent the Technology organization in interactions with Capital Partners business line
  • Excellent communication skills across many audiences, from Clients to Engineers to Executives
  • Work across teams to deliver full product solutions aligned with the roadmap
  • Experience delivering products and services in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC frameworks
