Clark, formerly uiAgent, has announced its rebrand and platform expansion beyond employee benefit plan audits to cover all audit types. The AI platform now serves more than 35 CPA firm clients and has introduced Agent Studio and Methodology Studio, allowing firms to build custom agents and implement their own methodologies. The company is releasing its platform to power financial statement audits, single audits, not-for-profit audits, payroll audits and SOC examinations. Agent Studio enables firms to create custom workflows without coding, whilst Methodology Studio allows firms to teach Clark their specific approaches whilst adapting procedures for AI-generated data verification.
