Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within digital health or a B2B2C context.
  • Proficient in relevant data analytics tools for event tracking (Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, or similar) as well as experience building dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) for data visualization and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SQL and database clients.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models (last-touch, multi-touch) and their application in optimizing campaign strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative and industrious mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally to connect data from various sources.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights in an actionable manner to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Map and monitor the member marketing funnel, tracking key metrics from initial touchpoints to engagement milestones.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to report on funnel conversion and identify opportunities for growth, utilizing data visualization tools.
  • Lead efforts on marketing attribution.
  • Consult on experimental design and analyze results, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to define KPIs, streamline reporting processes, and offer insights for improving campaign performance.
  • Create campaign forecasting models to predict new enrollments, considering factors such as population demographics, client type, campaign, and seasonality.
  • Grow our understanding of Progyny’s members by expanding the scope of member profiling capability in the earliest stages of brand engagement.
