  • Experience selling and working with pure SaaS solutions in multi-tenant architectures
  • Hands-on experience working with containers or microservices on the AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure platforms where you are certified or eager to become certified

Responsibilities
  • As a Sales Engineer for Splunks Observability, or O11y for short, you will be part of a world-class pre-sales team
  • You provide technical expertise and thought leadership on application-focused solutions to the sales organization and to Splunks prospects and customers
  • You focus on customers while acting as the authority across your O11y solutions including the Observability, Splunk On-Call, and other Splunk technology products
  • You will consistently be delivering product demonstrations that directly address customer pain and emphasize our outstanding value proposition
  • You succeed at working with all levels of an organization from the C-suite down to individual developers and SREs
  • Familiarity with various monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, and Grafana, is a real advantage in this role
