  • 0-2 years working experience in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Procurement, FP&A, Accounting, or Finance
  • Working towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field from an accredited university
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing RFPs, stakeholder alignment sessions, and market due diligence
  • Build processes and procedures for proper spend management
  • Support strategic sourcing projects (using standard sourcing methodologies) for a variety of goods and complex services, by estimating cost savings benefits and evaluating strategic sourcing performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Ensures compliance with operational requirements, internal controls, and regulations
  • Create ad-hoc analyses for operational, commercial, and administrative projects
  • Performs analysis of category spend to assist in the development of sourcing strategies
  • Develop dashboards and metrics for daily, weekly, and monthly spend reporting
  • Engage with other departments to identify opportunities to save money or avoid costs
  • Develop cross-departmental relationships and Procurement training programs
  • Generate standard monthly reports
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the senior executive team
