Draft and edit internal memos, client communications, reports, and presentation materials
Assist in creating newsletters, press releases, and email updates
Coordinate communication workflows between teams and departments
Maintain and organize communication records and databases
Prepare briefing materials and support meeting coordination
Contribute to the development of company tone, style, and messaging consistency
Collaborate with the Communications Manager on strategic initiatives
Conduct basic research and fact-checking to support content accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in a communications or administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic content tools
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
