  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or similar STEM education background
  • 5+ years experience in design and implementation of digital marketing solutions
  • Expertise within Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Reporting: Segmentation, custom reports, and visualizations
  • Administration: Setup of users, variables, metrics, and processing rules
  • Troubleshooting & QA: Debugging and end-to-end testing on multiple devices
  • Hands-on experience with a tag management system such as Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Ensighten, Tealium
  • Strong understanding of web technology and front-end development languages
  • Ability to discuss complex, multifaceted problems with technical and non-technical audiences, and distill solution space into discrete options with summarized pros & cons
  • Independent time management and project tracking, primarily in Atlassian (JIRA) products, across cross-functional organizations
  • Other tools in Adobe Experience Cloud/Platform: Target, Audience Manager, RTCDP, XDM Schemas, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer
  • Experience with other digital data collection & reporting platforms such as Segment I/O, Amplitude, Snowplow, Piwik
  • Activation to Marketing endpoints such as social, email, or search marketing tools
  • Server-side implementation of any relevant tools, particularly in node.js
  • Developing SQL queries, specifically for cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
  • Familiarity with BI Tools such as Looker and Tableau
  • Understanding of Customer Data Platforms and integrating offline & online data
  • Technical writing for various types of audiences, from highly technical engineering-facing documentation to introductory end-user guide docs
  • A passion for baseball
  • Work with product teams to understand measurement & reporting needs, then generating 'tech spec' engineering requirements for implementation of tracking solutions to support those reporting outcomes
  • Supporting engineering teams in proper implementation & validation of specifications
  • Operation of tag management solutions, tools administration (incl. reporting setup, user access) and other implementation-related interfaces
  • Troubleshooting, QA, and change management of existing data capture solutions
  • Direct reporting end-user support to enable product teams to understand & use metrics
  • Managing multiple projects and workflows within a set of product priorities
  • Working with Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Marketing teams to utilize and activate on the reporting capabilities as designed
  • Assist in building out organizational capabilities in digital data, including other forms of documentation, training, automation, and other company-wide enablement
