Responsibilities
  • Monitor Murex based support tickets, provide support with end-user issues, and escalate issues to the support manager as needed
  • Communicate effectively in non-technical terms with end users to troubleshoot issues and reach resolution
  • Diagnose Murex issues and train internal support staff on how to diagnose similar issues going forward
  • Contribute to customer and support analyst how-to documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal troubleshooting guides
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under time constraints
