  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or other related field
  • 7-10 years’ experience in account management and/or sales ideally with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or other managed care organizations
  • Familiarity with the health plan system, including case management workflows, risk-bearing models, and payor-provider collaboration
  • Full understanding of the health plan partnership, including key thought leaders and how to best connect/align with them
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas, manage change, and deliver value
  • Experience engaging with both clinical and administrative stakeholders at all levels within payer organizations
  • Proficient in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter with strategic planning ability and strong organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies, tactics, and solutions to ensure the overall success and year-over-year growth of assigned health plan accounts across all regions
  • Partner with health plan leadership to understand specific needs, inform strategy, and identify potential service expansion opportunities
  • Stimulate, surface, and shape demand for AnewHealth’s solutions within the health plan market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive maximum utilization and engagement within assigned plans
  • Track key performance indicators to monitor referral volume, program utilization, market penetration, and member outcomes
  • Conduct client visits (virtual and in-person) to maintain strong partnerships, address evolving needs, and uncover opportunities
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences and events to build relationships, represent AnewHealth, and share our value proposition with prospective and current partners
  • Share insights and feedback from client interactions to help refine and improve internal workflows and service delivery
  • Support onboarding and implementation efforts for new health plan clients and referral programs
  • Stay current on healthcare policy, payor trends, and managed care initiatives to guide account strategy
  • Ensure HIPAA and all applicable regulatory guidelines are followed in all communications and activities

ExactCare Pharmacy provides medication management for patients on multiple medications, with services like reconciliation, refill management, pre-sorted packaging, and home delivery, especially for long-term care. It coordinates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to review medications, reduce errors, and ensure timely dispensing; packaging groups doses by time to simplify administration and safety, with delivery to patients’ homes. Tabula Rasa Healthcare Stockholders Give Thumbs-Up For Acquisition By Nautic Partners

Tabula Rasa HealthCare on Tuesday said its stockholders approved the previously announced acquisition by Nautic Partners.The proposal to adopt the merger agreement was approved at a virtual special meeting of the Moorestown-based company’s stockholders held Tuesday, with approximately 99.6% of the votes cast in favor of the proposal, which represented approximately 70.9% of the outstanding shares of company common stock.As a result of the approval, the company will combine with ExactCare Pharmacy, a portfolio company of Nautic.“We are happy to have the strong support of Tabula Rasa’s stockholders, who recognize the value of bringing us together with Nautic’s ExactCare portfolio company to advance our ability to partner with risk-bearing health care organizations serving those with complex care needs,” Brian Adams, CEO and president of TRHC, said. “This combination will extend our reach and position us to take advantage of existing and emerging opportunities within and adjacent to our core PACE market.”The company expects to complete the transaction during the fourth quarter, and upon closing, it will become privately held
