  • Proven 10+ years of experience in administering Microsoft 365 products such as Exchange, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
  • Expertise in PowerShell scripting and related tools to automate processes and optimize services.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security and compliance, especially in cloud and collaboration environments.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated positive customer-orientation in service delivery while thinking logically and acting decisively in critical situations.
  • Ability to provide after-hours support.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365 such as Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate, and Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Authorized to work in the US
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the M365 environment, including Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Exchange, Purview and SharePoint.
  • Implement and manage security policies specific to the Microsoft environment.
  • Provide end-user support for Microsoft products and related tools. Develop and deliver training materials to enhance staff competency in using collaboration platforms.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including adding and removing users, user groups and accounts; manages authentication, authorization, and access control.
