Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong emphasis on video and photo production, performance marketing ads, email marketing, consumer design, and brand management.
  • 6+ years of experience managing creative talent, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and high-growth agency or D2C environment.
  • Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Adept storyteller across a broad range of media and experiences for consumer and business audiences.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership on strategic direction.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in creative direction for photo and video shoots.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with external agencies and production partners to conceptualize and execute compelling video and photo shoots, including those featuring our brand ambassador.
  • Own, maintain, and continue to evolve our brand book, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative assets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of design and copy talent, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment; eagerness to act as a player/coach when needed.
  • Oversee creative projects across various channels, including website, paid media, email marketing, and organic social, ensuring high-quality deliverables that resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop and execute insights-driven creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales, to align creative initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize creative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
