Requirements
- At least 6 years of proven experience in software test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands-on automation experience using Selenium.
- Experience setting up an automation framework.
- At least 6–8 years of experience; junior candidates are not targeted.
- Experience working in a dual-shore model.
- Experience testing multiple devices and browsers, including compatibility testing.
- Strong experience with Agile testing, test case authoring, test scenario writing, defect management, and metrics.
- Subject matter expertise in functional testing.
- Excellent command of testing types, techniques, and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of tools and techniques used in Agile testing life cycle and defect management.
- Strong verbal, written, and content-writing communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform software test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
- Set up and maintain an automation framework.
- Test applications across multiple devices and browsers and perform compatibility testing.
- Author test cases and test scenarios.
- Manage defects and testing metrics.
- Perform functional testing within Agile testing processes.
Desired Qualifications
- Lead experience is a plus.
- Experience with TestRail and Jira is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL is desirable.
