Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience researching, designing, and managing HR Operations to scale
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate individuals and teams
  • Adept at managing a function charged with supporting a dispersed US workforce
  • Tactful collaboration and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with others and anticipate, respond, and pivot to the needs of the employees and business
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with total discretion
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience with at least 3-5 years of experience leading the direction of the HR Operations function
Responsibilities
  • Develop appropriate HR and administrative policies, programs, processes and systems to support a growing organization
  • Drive the research, design, and implementation for the optimum HR Operational model
  • Developing and implementing self-service modules in Workday in conjunction with Workday team
  • Compliance management for Affirmative Action, EEO1, Vets 100, Sox Compliance, and Workers Compensation
  • Manage ongoing immigration requirements working with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
  • Bring a strong knowledge and background in Human Resources programs and policies, training facilitation, coupled with strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Work closely with key stakeholders; Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, Systems, Finance, IT and people managers to ensure the best possible employee experience
  • Collaborate with end users to optimize business processes and system configuration to ensure a seamless HR SME, Managers & Employee Self-Service experience
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Manage, recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the department
  • Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and development activities
  • Other duties as assigned
