  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or lease administration, banking, escrow, property management, or a related industry is required.
  • A solid understanding of real estate contracts and documentation is required.
  • Familiarity with ground leases, rent renegotiations, and tenant rights is required.
  • Strong negotiation skills are required.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare standard and non-standard real estate lease-related documents and route them for approval.
  • Prepare and process sale agreements and supporting documentation for approval.
  • Perform lease administration activities, including new lease agreements, renegotiations, terminations, sales, and non-compliance matters.
  • Input basic information and updates into the real estate database.
  • Assist Leasing Managers with the annual percentage rent program.
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, internal documents, and memoranda and route them for approval.
  • Follow up on outstanding lease-agreement issues with internal and external parties.
  • Research and prepare past-due notices and related documentation.
  • Compute basic lease and rental calculations.
  • Prepare and mail past-due notices.
  • Respond to inquiries about the status of lease negotiations or issue resolution.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
