Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with 2+ years managing Enterprise commercial relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning opportunity workflows and reporting
  • The ability to maintain accurate expansion and renewal forecasting
  • Experience managing customer accounts and contract negotiations with senior business stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and business acumen
  • Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment
  • An eagerness to constantly improve, an intolerance for status quo
  • The ability to surface problems, identify and partner cross-functionally on solutions
Responsibilities
  • Own the renewals process for our Enterprise portfolio, including contract negotiations, billing, and customer communication
  • Own a book of SMB and Mid-Market accounts, responsible for the end-to-end sales process for any inbound new, renewal, professional services, and other expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with CS Ops to automate the SMB and Mid-Market renewal process, including the creation and maintenance of email templates and workflows in Catalyst for new, expansion, and renewal processes
  • Maintain accurate customer data and renewal forecasts in our CRM system
  • Negotiate and execute contracts (in partnership with Deal Desk) that align with customer goals
  • Effectively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure timely renewal commitments
  • Drive, and lead the renewals process for your book of business to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships
  • Partnering with finance to ensure customers are meeting their financial commitments to Density
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 120-day forecast of renewals
  • Exercise extreme rigor in Salesforce hygiene
  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies, escalating wherever appropriate
  • Becoming a Density product expert, learning the ins and outs of our customer's use cases and occupancy analytics
  • Provide input on product development and pricing strategies based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure a high renewal rate, including customer outreach and engagement
  • Ruthlessly prioritize and partner with the VP of CS and CS Ops to identify opportunities to build out the function and get increased leverage
