Responsibilities
  • Taking a leadership role in formulating and executing strategic deal initiatives. Drive revenue growth through the development of effective deal strategies and collaboration with marketplace teams.
  • Facilitating and overseeing the quote approval process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Provide guidance on pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration with finance, sales operations, and other relevant departments to streamline processes, enhance the overall deal desk function, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Providing leadership and critical support to the sales team throughout the deal process. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that deal closures are efficient and successful.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the deal desk function. Analyze processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency.
