Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Social media experience in-house or in a corporate environment that is typically obtained in 5-8 years; B2B and cybersecurity experience preferred
  • Proficiency using social media management tools (HootSuite, Sprout Social, Publer, CoScheduler, etc.)
  • Proficiency with social listening
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with a track record of transforming complicated concepts into compelling, easily digestible content
  • Excellent understanding of SEO and how it should be applied to a content strategy
  • Experience using Wordpress web content management system
  • Experience with design tool, Canva
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management and skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, juggling multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
  • Great attitude, highly collaborative, tenacious, able to work in a dynamic environment
  • An expert user of LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with an evolving understanding of other platforms, including new, advanced and paid features
Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, manage, and evaluate ZeroFox's social media strategy, including social platform activity and online community programs, supporting department and organizational priorities
  • Proactively monitor social media for brand mentions, industry expertise, and target audience conversations to identify trends, opportunities to offer insights, and relevant news
  • Write marketing content (blogs, web copy, content briefs, video scripts, etc.) that align to content strategy and organizational priorities
  • Draft search engine optimization content and optimize ZeroFox content for popular search engines
  • Develop chatbot content and strategy around website placement and usage
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop online content that resonates with the ZeroFox audience
  • Support marketing and sales email sequences to ensure effective messaging around content promotion and outreach
  • Build and maintain a dynamic, global social media calendar to ensure we are consistently communicating with - not at - our online community
  • Draft and share template social media posts for our employees and partners to amplify news, trends, and announcements
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports on social engagement and blog performance, providing trend analysis and optimization recommendations
  • Assist with sales enablement platform management, content audit, and analysis to ensure we are aligning content development with key audiences, buyer stages, and products
  • Help build and publish ZeroFox blogs and new content on ZF website
  • Participate in messaging and planning discussions to become knowledgeable about the nuances of the cybersecurity space, the cybersecurity audience, ZeroFox's products and services, and how the connections between them
