  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience
  • Direct experience in the crypto industry with at least 1 year at a crypto prime brokerage firm
  • Expertise with equity sales, derivatives, and hedge fund sales
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Ability to quickly & effectively relay a value proposition
  • Able to handle large complex clients
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a sales-minded, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset
  • Be familiar with FalconX's products and services, including its trading and prime brokerage services
  • An extreme passion for the crypto space
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FalconX's institutional client base
  • Identify and qualify new prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors
  • Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & decision-makers
  • Work cross-functionally with relevant departments & teams, such as Institutional Coverage, to deliver excellent client satisfaction
  • Partner with leaders to align sales deliverables with business strategy & objectives
  • Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed
