  • Successful completion of required knowledge and training of standard precaution protocols and when to apply during principle duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Performs essential duties for the Chief Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Department, and other Department Directors to help carry out the organization’s strategic plan.
  • Assists the Human Resources Department with maintaining personnel files, including collecting updated licensures and certifications, scanning documents into the payroll system and filing the original paperwork in the employees’ personnel files.
  • Assists the Human Resources Department with monthly employee orientation.
  • Assists the Human Resources Department with updating job postings, including the online communication board, physical bulletin boards and works closely with the Marketing department to advertise job postings on social media.
  • Assists the Human Resources Department with employee communication as necessary, this includes written and verbal communication.
  • Works closely with the Marketing department to help coordinate various employee events.
  • Serves on various committees as assigned.
  • Ensure patients and visitors follow current infection control guidelines.
  • Responsible for ensuring the environment meets appropriate governing body standards.
  • Maintains patient and staff safety through the use of patient safety tools (TeamSTEPPS, Just Culture, etc).
  • Regular attendance at the assigned work location is required.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
