Requirements
  • A college degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in capital equipment sales or clinical adoption of advanced medical technologies is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of interventional procedures and workflow implications for imaging modalities, including computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and ultrasound is required.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with physicians, hospital administrators, and key account stakeholders to drive purchasing decisions is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required to educate clinical teams and decision-makers effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage long-term sales cycles, influence key stakeholders, and support large-scale equipment adoption is required.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the clinical lead in the iMRI sales funnel by assessing account readiness, understanding clinical needs, and supporting purchasing decisions.
  • Partner with Siemens sales to identify and engage target accounts and advance them through the sales funnel.
  • Develop and execute strategic engagement plans for high-value hospital systems and specialty clinics.
  • Support sales presentations and discussions by communicating the clinical, operational, and financial benefits of iMRI-guided procedures.
  • Track customer engagement metrics, including time-to-adoption, procedural volume, and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Act as the primary clinical contact for target accounts, assisting with suite configuration, procedural integration, and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with Siemens and internal teams to analyze account-specific clinical and technical requirements.
  • Educate clinical teams, administrators, and stakeholders on iMRI capabilities, procedural workflows, and benefits compared with traditional imaging technologies.
  • Establish customer engagement tracking methods, including utilization reports, post-training assessments, and periodic check-ins.
  • Implement follow-up strategies after initial training to reinforce adoption and address ongoing needs.
  • Assist physicians and healthcare teams in adopting MRI-guided interventional procedures.
  • Specialize in biopsy-driven accounts, such as liver, kidney, and soft tissue accounts, and evolve into procedure-specific clinical leads as market expansion progresses.
  • Work with marketing and sales to refine customer engagement strategies based on clinical insights.
  • Stay updated on MRI technology, interventional techniques, and industry trends.
  • Facilitate account alignment across interventional radiology, urology, oncology, and other clinical teams to ensure procedural integration.
  • Partner with the Commercial Business Solutions Manager to support business case validation and financial feasibility for each account.
  • Align with Marketing and Siemens teams to use clinical data and real-world case studies to strengthen the iMRI value proposition.
  • Establish feedback loops so clinical-team insights inform product development, customer support strategies, and marketing efforts.
  • Track and monitor suite utilization, procedural volume, and clinical satisfaction after sale, providing feedback to Marketing and Product Management.
  • Ensure structured onboarding for new accounts while working with the Education & Training team on in-depth procedural training.
  • Develop ongoing engagement strategies to maintain account activation and optimize procedures beyond initial training.
  • Address basic reimbursement and procedural support questions and escalate financial concerns to the Business Manager.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing across the commercial team as the senior field liaison.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Strategy Enablement to refine best practices, standardize tools, and document successful engagement frameworks.
  • Support hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation of future team members.
  • Provide insights to prioritize geographic expansion and identify top-tier accounts in the United States and Europe.
