Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years working directly with LLMs or AI infrastructure.
  • Deep experience with Python and agentic frameworks (LangChain or similar).
  • Intermediate Knowledge in Go (knowledge in Java is also appreciated).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, context management and RAG.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • A team player with experience or a strong interest in working in a distributed and international agile team environment.
  • Guide junior team members, facilitate code reviews, and encourage best practices.

  • Architect intelligent agent systems: Design and build a robust, production-ready agentic platform that’s scalable, cost-efficient, and auditable.
  • Bridge AI with business value: Integrate LLM-driven agents directly into our SaaS product to solve tangible customer problems at scale.
  • Drive technical strategy: Help shape Qlik’s long-term vision where data and AI work hand-in-hand to enable smarter analytics.
  • Lead and mentor: Share your expertise with team members, drive best practices, and help raise the technical bar across squads.
  • Contribute to strategic goals: Your work sits at the centre of Qlik’s roadmap, creating value through AI innovation that’s tightly aligned to user needs and business strategy.
