  • guide and advise HR Business partners and leaders from various business units and other HR Centers of Excellence on the administration of compensation programs
  • participate in compensation projects

  • monitor records for pay irregularities
  • prepare and maintain job descriptions and evaluations
  • developing compensation guidelines and procedures
  • developing and facilitating compensation program presentations
