  • Exposure with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Experience with SCCM or equivalent endpoint management tools.
  • Knowledge in design and implementation of Identity and Conditional Access (MIM, Azure AD Connect).
  • Knowledge of Teams and Teams voice.
  • Develop and design best practices for End User Computing (EUC) environments that enhance user productivity and experience.
  • Participate in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects, including O365 product movement, Microsoft licensing, security, compliance & end-point management.
  • Leverage Quest’s expertise in managing M&A technology transitions and tools for efficient Active Directory management, migration, Deploy Intune solutions for device management, security, and compliance.
  • Integrate Intune with existing systems and applications.
  • Implement Quest solutions for identity and access management.
  • Communicate issues and solutions across all levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with clients to troubleshoot and provide a positive customer service experience.
