Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience in a business environment, preferably in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Salesforce certification (ADM 201) strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with a marketing automation tool integrated into Salesforce (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience with administration or as a power user of tools core to a sales and marketing organization, such as texting, rep outreach, and scheduling tools.
  • Deep understanding of relational databases and data integration tools. Experience with programming languages such as SoQL, SQL, JavaScript, Java, and Apex is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical, detailed, organized, and results-oriented. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • You will be a subject matter expert on both Salesforce and Togetherwork’s Salesforce roadmap, responsible for the scoping and execution of various Salesforce enhancements, including workflow automation, data migration, and custom object creation.
  • You’ll provide front-line end-user support to our internal customers (300+ users) and solve a wide range of issues, from simple to complex, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • In your first month, you’ll onboard, get up-to-speed, and begin to learn our Salesforce environment and processes as used by its core users.
  • Shadow the Salesforce Architect in core day-to-day activities to get a sense of requests and priorities.
  • Immerse yourself in the company’s internal data structure – Salesforce and adjacent tech stack – to understand the architecture and foundation of our org.
  • Meet with various stakeholders to understand their respective use cases related to Salesforce.
  • Start to take on and resolve end user tickets in our internal support queue.
  • In your first 3 months, you’ll become the primary end-user and day-to-day admin supporting core end users, as well as participate in requirement gathering conversations for new Salesforce enhancement requests.
  • Manage the internal support queue, including error resolution, user management, and other daily requests critical for end users.
  • Scope and execute short-term projects (< 2 weeks) as assigned by the Salesforce architect.
  • Begin participating in larger strategic Salesforce initiatives with Revenue Operations and other stakeholders.
  • In your first 6 months, you’ll be an expert in Togetherwork’s Salesforce configuration and be the primary executor of Salesforce changes and enhancements.
  • Lead Revenue Operations weekly review of ongoing Salesforce projects and appropriately manage timeframes, scope, and expectations.
  • Continually and proactively look to optimize our Salesforce data structure, processes, and adjacent tech stack.
