Requirements

BS/BA in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study or equivalent experience and certifications
Demonstrated experience in delivering scalable solutions in a Netsuite, Salesforce for SAAS company
8+ years of experience working with business analysis and solution design, preferably supporting lead-to-order-to-cash functions
2-4 years experience configuring and administering Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and Netsuite (accounting, supply chain, revenue and order management)
Experience working in Finance a strong plus
Must have excellent problem solving, project management, product management, and organizational skills
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and tact when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues
Proven history of achieving or exceeding organizational IT/IS goals

Responsibilities

Build customer journey maps and the underlying data flow by partnering with Finance and other key stakeholders
Help transform complex finance projects into manageable parts with delivery plans
Analyze and document impact to business processes in support of the program objectives
Gather requirements, define logical data flow and work with the applications team to drive the system design and implementation
Analyze and document process changes in support of the program objectives
Track progress against those plans and facilitate trade-off discussions on scope, schedule, or resources
Accept and perform other duties as assigned
Facilitate training and User Acceptance testing
Hands on Salesforce Admin and Config to support the business
Act as liaison between business and IT

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Agile Methodology, Kanban or Scrum. Experience writing User Stories with Gherkin is a plus
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $104,200 - $202,700 & & Benefits & Equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. About the Role:

Matterport is looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst to partner with our Financial business partners to deliver and support business process automation, systems implementations and integrations. In this position, you will provide ongoing support of systems enhancements and issues resolution. This role requires a deep understanding of customer personas, related processes and information flows. As part of the Business Systems team, you will help deliver projects and solutions to support our customer lifecycle and revenue growth. The Staff Business Systems Analyst will work as a liaison between our Business Systems team and our Finance partners to ensure timely delivery of large and small projects, as well as frequent systems improvement requests.

This role requires understanding of finance processes around Lead-to-Cash, Professional Services and Customer Support. Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite is required, along with experience in one or more of the following areas: revenue management, CPQ, supply chain, sales, professional services and support.

Matterport is a remote workplace with headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA. This position can be based remotely in the United States
